Referral Form

An endodontist has completed regular dental school training and an additional two years specializing in the treatment of the root canals. 

Your initial appointment will consist of a clinical exam, including a complete medical and dental history including any necessary imaging.  This process allows Dr. Bishop to propose the best possible treatment options for you.  

Endodontic therapy is also known as a "Root Canal" and involves the cleansing and disinfection of the root canal system inside the tooth.  This process will help you keep your tooth healthy and prevent premature loss of the tooth.
